Avg Importance

Summary

Light activity day - Peter in transit from Abu Dhabi to Doha. No decisions logged. Primary activity was NVIDIA partnership follow-ups (scheduling in-person meeting via Katie O'Malley, confirming CUDA build availability to Scott Hara) and external AI networking (Paydock/IAG introduction, Fraction CTO call scheduling). Neither rose to decision-level per Peter. Notable org context: marketing published release dates (Feb 19 RLC Pro, Feb 26 RLC Pro AI, Mar 5 RLC AMD) while Justin flags engineering dates are still soft. Basil tool now live via Okta. Nathan adding delivery metrics to WBR doc.

Wins

NVIDIA partnership momentum maintained while traveling - Katie engaged to schedule in-person meeting, CUDA builds confirmed to Scott. Basil deployed and accessible company-wide. Nathan continuing to improve engineering visibility tooling.

Challenges

Travel day with limited decision-making activity. Marketing/engineering date alignment tension emerging around RLC Pro release dates.

Learnings

Not every day produces decisions worth logging. Travel days are primarily about maintaining momentum on existing commitments rather than making new ones.

What I Learned About Your Decision-Making

You maintain momentum through lightweight touchpoints during travel — scheduling, confirming, and connecting rather than deciding, recognizing that not every day requires decisions. You distinguish between activity and decision-making, accepting that transit days serve a different function (sustaining existing commitments) without forcing artificial productivity.

Team Status

View TPS Report

Minimal changes from Feb 9. Self-Serve Portal P1 items consolidated into single entry with confidence drop warning (10% to 0% on Jan 16). RLC 9.7 now 11 days overdue. Errata CSAF Security Advisories 4 days overdue (target Feb 6). Key blockers persist: Rocky Linux updateinfo missing security advisories, AMD support, Depot CLI on hardened environments.

Tomorrow's Focus

Validate RLC dates with Justin. Attend meeting with potential partner in the Middle East.
