Joint with Bjorn: every Fuzzball deployment is white-glove for now - owned by Ryan org through workload verification, with FDE headcount added as needed
Situation
Peter and Bjorn agreed (the night of 9/23) that for now every Fuzzball deployment is white-glove: install Fuzzball, get the customer workloads running, verify they are using resources through Fuzzball, show the reports they need, then walk away. It lands in Ryan org; his forward-deployed engineer starts on Core42 only, and Peter committed that when Ryan needs another FDE, he gets one. Peter communicated it to Ryan in their 1:1 on 9/24.
Reasoning
The RC deployment showed an unsupported Fuzzball install does not become a working customer, and the hand-holding never showed up as support tickets. Early deployments are proof points, so each one must end with the customer workload actually running. Scoped as true today, might not be true forever - white-glove until product and docs let it scale. Committing headcount on demand removes the incentive to cut corners.
Additional Context
Joint Peter-Bjorn call; Bjorn owns the customer-experience side. Elliot (Wolford former number two) joining Ryan org bridges the PIC-to-support handoff.

fathom
what we believe is true today, might not be true forever, but it is true today, is that every Fuzzball deployment that we do needs to be a white glove deployment... when you need another one, we are getting you another one.
