Justin was blocked by information overload from multiple PRDs - Product was not converging on a single clear checklist. Shipping over perfection is the priority - the company biggest problem is obscurity, not imperfection. Engineering can learn from shipping and iterate. This also establishes precedent that if Product cannot define done, Engineering will fill the vacuum.
Additional Context
RLC 9.7 and 9.6 LTS are already built but unreleased. The only remaining technical tasks are pushing the release file and images. Brady will send a single definitive document to serve as the sole release checklist.
